Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may initiate a return for any reason.Β 

We must be able to confirm you are customer of our store to be eligible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please reach out to us via Email.

Our support team may ask you to submit:

A photo of the item

A brief description of the issue

This helps us verify any defect, damage, incorrect item, or quality concern.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is our fault, we will:

Ship you a new replacement, or

Offer in-store credit

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited after 4 hours.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
If the order has already begun processing or has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

If you still wish to return the item once it arrives, you may do so at your own expense following our return instructions above.
